Peterswood Park announces summer entertainment lineup

Peterswood Park, a park located in McMurray, Pennsylvania, recently announced the entertainment lineup that will be available to residents over the summer.

The type of events that will be offered during the summer months fall into three categories: concerts, movies, and miscellaneous events.

Some of the bands who will be featured at the park include The Clintstones, who will be performing on July 11 at 7:00 pm; the New Vintage Big Band, who will take to the stage on August 15 at 6:30 pm; and Right Turnclyde, who audiences can see on August 29 at 6:00 pm.

Along with these performers, food trucks such as Wood Stoked Oven and eKernally Yours Gourmet Popcorn will also be in attendance. The city would also like residents to know that alcoholic beverages will be permitted at these events.

Some of the movies that will be shown include Coco, which will be screen on August 24, and Hocus Pocus on October 12. All movies will begin at dusk and residents are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets to the event.

Along with these two types of events, Peterswood Park will be hosting additional events such as a ventriloquism show on June 30 and a Cinderella play on September 9.
