McKinney yoga fundraiser planned

A yoga session has been planned for McKinney, and some four-legged friends will be joining in the event.

McKinney’s TUPPS Brewery will be the location for Goat Yoga, which will feature goats who live at Lone Star Ranch and Rescue. The event will serve as a fundraiser for the organization, which provides a sanctuary for farm animals and other creatures in need.

The occasion is open to everyone, whether or not they wish to take part in the yoga. There will be time and space for those who would just like to meet and play with the goats to do so, and there will also be TUPPS beer poured for anyone who would like a cold drink on what is likely to be a hot day. Mimosas will also be served.

The ticket price for those who would like to be included in the yoga session is $25, and this part of the day will start at 10:00 am. After this, there will be a free chance to play with the goats. Donations to the cause are also welcome, and any local companies that would like to sponsor the event can do so for $200. Decorations for this type of function can be provided by a local banner printing company.

This opportunity to unwind and meet some new four-legged friends will be offered at 721 Anderson Street on July 21. More information, including details about the benefits of sponsoring the occasion, can be found in its online listing.
