Concord becomes home to new concept in Subway restaurant

A grand opening was recently celebrated for a new Subway restaurant in Concord. This Subway is only the second one in North Carolina that features the new Fresh Forward design.

Owners Rhoda and James Waters of Concord said that the space is very bright and welcoming, and the sandwiches and salads are handcrafted with fresh vegetables every day. The fresh veg will be displayed along with new displays of cookies and breads at the front of the line. Guacamole and new sauces will join the new menu items.

Another feature of the new design is digitalized menu boards with options for Samsung Pay and Apple Pay. The experience at this Subway will also be faster for take-out orders and catering with a designated pre-order pick-up location separate from food preparation.

The experience of eating in at the restaurant has also been improved; the décor is playful and upbeat with curated music. There is table, counter, and banquette seating for 50 people. The focal point is the Subway Choice Mark. The restaurant is 2,260 square feet in size with complimentary Wi-Fi and USB charging ports.

The Subway is open seven days a week with an early morning opening during the work week.

Flyer printing companies could be used to help provide more information about such innovations, new offerings, and changes and additions to menu options.
