Rockville Centre invited to participate in local art showcase

May 24, 2018 by

Rockville Centre artisans are being offered a chance to showcase what they have to offer during an event that will see members of the public enjoy a day filled with arts and crafts, food, music, and other fun.

Creative types from all over Long Island have been invited to be a part of ‘LOCALLY MADE: A Long Island Marketplace’, and registration is just $50 each. Each business or individual who takes part will be provided with space and the use of a table, as well as comfortable chairs.

The organizers are interested in adding chefs, furniture makers, natural health practitioners, writers, jewelers, artists, and makers of handmade bath and beauty products to the list of participants that will be included in the event. They noted that they have planned for the atmosphere to be both elegant and stylish, and attract a wide variety of shoppers from all over Long Island.

PO’P Gallery, which is situated at 822 Merrick Road in Baldwin, will be the host for this celebration of local artistic and creative talent. Banner printing services for this type of function can be supplied by a printer in the area.

Craftspeople, artists, and others who are interested in this opportunity to showcase what they have to offer may wish to save the date, which has been set as June 16, to be a part of this occasion. More information is available on its online listing.
