This summer, Eden Prairie kids can participate in camps that will introduce them to the world of dance while having fun with their friends.

Th Academy of Russian Ballet has planned three different camps, and each will have its own theme. The mornings will be open to kids from age three to six, while the afternoons will be for children age six to nine.

The campers who take part will be able to learn more about ballet while they dance to music that has been chosen for the occasion, and they will also play games and make a craft they can take home with them. They will also have a chance to meet and spend time with others their age, and the whole experience has been planned to be fun.

The three themes that have been chosen for the camps are ‘Trolls’, ‘Disney Princesses’ and ‘Moanna’. The registration fee for each session starts at $124 for the younger girls and $176 for the older ones. Parents or caregivers are asked to make sure each child brings along a change of clothes in case it is needed. Stationery printers can be called upon to provide coloring sheets, business forms and other materials that can aid in making this these types of events a success.

The first session is scheduled to begin on June 18, and they will be held at 14675 Martin Drive. The host’s website can be consulted for more details.
