A new corporate headquarters of Save-A-Lot is planned for St. Ann at the crossings at northwest. This location will serve as an anchor for the mixed-use redevelopment at the site, and is expected to bring many new opportunities for employment to the area.

The Executive of St. Louis County, Steve Stenger, said this will be an investment of $20 million in the county that will bring in 64 new jobs and keep 450 jobs in the community. The new headquarters will span 165,000 square feet once it is completed.

CEO of Save-A-Lot, Steve Johnson, added that economic development means not only working hard to maintain existing businesses, but also helping them to grow. The crossings where the new headquarters will be located already has 2,800 private and government employees. St. Louis County, St. Louis Economic Partnership, and the State of Missouri are partnering with the company to keep the headquarters not only in the state, but in the county.

Save-A-Lot is a discount grocery store that sells food and household items, and aims to create a positive shopping experience for its customers.

Banner printing companies can be hired to create banners, which can be displayed in the neighboring community so that people will become aware of such developments and the many employment opportunities that these types of developments offer.
