Date set for Tustin Easter egg hunt

March 18, 2018 by

Area children invited to take part in the 49th version of this popular event.

The Tustin sports park will be a busy place on March 31, with local children searching for Easter treasure. The egg hunt areas are reserved for infants and children up to the age of nine, but all family members are welcome to enjoy the other activities taking place at the park.

Children can watch a performance from the Ranger Jack puppet show, and the main stage will highlight a wild animal show. In addition, there will also be a petting zoo, inflatables, and pony rides are available. Plenty of game and activity booths are planned to help keep everyone busy and entertained. The Easter Bunny will be on site, so parents interested in some fun poster printing after the event can line up to get a photo of the bunny with their child.

The day starts at 7:30 am with a hearty pancake breakfast provided by the Tustin Community Foundation, and the egg hunt begins at 8:30 am. Admission to the park is free, but the pancake breakfast is $5 each for children and $6 each for adults. The activities will continue until 11:30 am. Anyone interested should come to the Tustin Sports Park at 12850 Robinson Drive in Tustin on March 31. Visit the Tustin website for more information.
