February and March will be interesting months of activities, ranging from cookies decorating to pro-wrestling.

Springdale rock climbers will want to attend a rock climbing class in which guests will learn to use basic techniques to improve their form. Held this Saturday, February 17, the Rock Climbing Basics class will take place from 10:00 am until 11:30 am at Lewis & Clark Outfitters, 4915 Thompson Street.

The MIT Women’s League will have a Genealogy Workshop on March 5 from noon to 2:00 pm. Attendees are invited to bring their research and share their stories and resources. Jane Papa will be the facilitator for this event, taking place in the Emma Rogers Room 10-340.

The cookie making event will be St. Patrick’s Cookie Workshop. Guests will learn icing techniques and can decorate six sugar cookies, which they can take home. Drinks and a light snack will be for purchase. Goodie bags will be distributed. This will take place on Sunday, March 11 from 3:00 until 5:00 pm at the Odd Soul, 126 West Emma Avenue.

Finally, Pro Wrestling Revolution will be bringing Lucha Libre/Pro Wrestling to Springdale in mid-March. The main event will be a six-man tag. Kids will want to take pictures of their favorite wrestlers for later poster printing.

Lucha Libre will be March 17th from 1:00 pm until 4:00 at the Springdale Civic Center 2323 S. Old Missouri Road #D1.
