High-energy music show coming to Torrance

December 22, 2017 by

Torrance parents and caregivers that are looking for an activity the whole family can enjoy may wish to save the date for an upcoming musical event.

The Not Its, which is a band that provides entertainment that can be appreciated by all ages, will be staging a performance in the city this February. All ages are welcome, and the crowd will be encouraged to dance, sing along, and simply have a good time.

The performers in The Not-Its include Danny Damson, Sarah Shannon, Jennie Helman, Tom Baisden, and Michael Welke, and they noted that they will be bringing along their own children to take in the show. Everyone, no matter how old or young they may be, who plans on attending is encouraged to wear a black tutu or skinny tie and join in the fun.

In addition to the concert, the public will have an opportunity to create an art project. This part of the day has been organized by Art to Grow On Children’s Art Center, Inc. A printer that crafts ad specialties will be able to provide an assortment of branded items that can be distributed to the audience during an event like this.

This high-energy music show will be taking to the stage on February 11 in Torrance’s James R. Armstrong Theatre. The tickets are $10, and more information can be obtained by a visit to the Torrance Cultural Arts Foundation website.
