December 9, 2017 by

The Chocolate Expo 2017 Holiday Edition Long Island is almost here.

The event will be an extravaganza of all things chocolate, with over 75 vendors offering chocolate-themed goodies and beverages. This is one of the United States’ largest events of its kind.

There will be plenty of tastings and vending, including chocolates, specialty foods, gelato, baked goods, and cheeses. Other tastings will be beverages such as ciders, beer, and wines. Vendors will be artisanal chocolatiers, bakeries, old-fashioned candy shops, and beverage businesses that are regional and local companies.

Non-chocolate products that pair-well with chocolate, or that can be palate-cleansing, will be sold as well. This will be the cheeses, wines, and specialty foods.

Free performances will include musical laser light shows, and other presentations such as Chanukah, Christmas, and pop music. Also, new this year will be the Retro Gaming Exhibit.

Celebrity Chef will be holding demonstrations, and a dance party will be emceed by DJ Chef.
Bellerose guests are asked to bring nonperishable food items for the museum’s annual food drive.

Tickets are time entry and once guests arrive at their designated times, they may stay at the event as long as they want.

The event will be at the Cradle of Aviation Museum, Charles Lindbergh Blvd, Garden City tomorrow, December 10, running from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm.
