Tacoma claws out to crab lovers

December 7, 2017 by

Tacoma seafood fans may wish to gather their friends together and had to an event in the local area that will offer huge servings of their favorite dish.

The Auburn Community and Event Center will be the location for this year’s Cupid’s Crab and Brew Fest, which will feature all-you-can-eat Dungeness crabs served hot from the steaming pot. There will also be options available for the people in the crowd who would prefer to eat something else too. To help wash it all down, local craft beer will be on tap, and guests are invited to enjoy their favorites and also try something new.

To help add to the excitement of the evening, games and other activities have been added to the schedule, and the suggested clothing for the function is casual and comfortable. The monies raised will be contributed to the area chapter of Soroptimist International, which is a group that works to assist and empower women and girls both locally and around the world. A printer can be called upon to supply themed promotional products, such as branded crab bibs and menus, for this type of event.

This crab and beer feast has been planned for February 10, starting at 6:30 pm. The tickets are priced at $75, and they must be purchased ahead of time. Additional information can be found on the organizer’s website.
