Marlborough is all talk

December 7, 2017 by

3Talkers, an extension of the global communication and leadership development organization known as Toastmasters International, is currently hosting meetings in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

3Talkers meetings consist of a group of individuals that practice speaking in front of each other by delivering prepared speeches, as well as brief improvised speeches. Evaluators at the meeting provide speakers with constructive feedback and encouragement, which helps attendees to grow their communication and presentation skills over time. These meetings are recommended for both experienced speakers and beginners, since all individuals are allowed to progress at their own pace.

These 3Talkers meetings will be held every Thursday afternoon from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at The Campus office complex. Those who wish to attend will not have to pay a fee or register prior to any of the meetings. However, those interested in becoming a member of the group will have to pay around $25 in initial fees and fill out a New Member Application form, which they will give to a club officer during a meeting.

Those who attend the meetings will also have access to the cafeteria located next to the meeting space. It is encouraged by the organization to grab lunch during the meetings.
