Revive Electronics, a technology company that produces a technology capable of removing moisture from small electronics, has recently announced that it would be sending out its Redux technology to over 900 Victra stores. One of the stores now offering this service is located in Greenville.

The company’s drying technology has been successful in saving electronics that have been dropped in various liquids, such as puddles, tomato soup, and mud. Those who wish to use the Redux service will pay a nonrefundable diagnostic fee of $10, then $50 for the successful recovery of a data device or a basic phone, and $90 for the successful recovery of a wearable device, tablet, or smartphone.

Customers also have the option to purchase a discounted membership for $29.99. This provides them with two recovery attempts for two years. Discounts are also available for those who have insurance on ruined devices.

The CEO of Victra, John Stratton, said about the partnership:

“We are excited to partner with Revive Electronics and offer the Redux technology to our customers. This partnership not only allows us to save our customers money by eliminating the cost to replace entire devices, but also enables them to… save potentially irreplaceable information…”

More information about Redux, including informational flyers and kiosk locations, can be found on its website and Facebook page.
