Gift-making workshop to be hosted by Boulder Library

December 1, 2017 by

Gifts made by hand can often be especially appreciated by the recipient, and a Boulder event will give families a chance to craft a unique present for someone special on their holiday gift giving list.

The Boulder Creek Room of the city’s Main Library branch will serve as the location for an afternoon of hands-on crafting. Parents and children alike are invited to come out and use the materials provided to create a one-of-a-kind gift for a grandparent, teacher, or someone else they care for. Wrapping supplies will also be available, and the activity is being brought to the community through the support of the Boulder Library Foundation.

As this is a family-friendly activity and parental assistance ay be required, moms and dads are welcome. Anyone who is interested is asked to register ahead of time, as there are only a set number of spaces available. All those who are eight years old or under will need to be accompanied by an adult. Flyer printing can be an inexpensive way to help promote an event like this to people throughout the local area.

This afternoon of creativity has been planned for December 17, and it will take place between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Anyone who requires more information can find it on the website maintained by the Boulder Public Library.
