Vero Beach gets ready for romance

November 29, 2017 by

This February, love will be in the air in Vero Beach, and a special Valentine’s Day event offers a couples a way to add to the romance of the occasion.

Oak Harbor Club will be hosting a Valentine’s Ball, which will feature food, music and other activities, all in a setting designed to be romantic. Guests will be able to enjoy a surf and turf-style meal, and there will also be live entertainment and dancing. Attendees can dress as formally as they desire, and there will be both live and silent auctions to bid on.

The proceeds from this affair will be donated to United Against Poverty, which is a local not-for-profit group. It offers programs and other initiatives to help those in need, and the support of its efforts by the public is appreciated. Both tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available for area individuals and businesses who wish to lend their neighbors in need a heling hand. Stationery printers will be able to craft customized invitations and a variety of other items that can help to make an occasion like this even more special.

The Valentine’s Ball will be held on February 10, 2018 in Oak Harbor Club, which can be found at 475 South Harbor Road in Vero Beach. Anyone who is interested in attending or who would like to find out more about sponsoring the event can visit the United Against Poverty website.
