Female high school students from Temecula who want to learn more about possible careers that may be on their horizon are invited to attend a conference that can help them solidify their dreams for the future.

The City of Temecula Conference Center will be hosting the Young Women’s Career Conference, and it is open to girls between the ages of 14 to 18. Those who participate will be able to sit in on presentations by women who work in a variety of professional careers who will talk about their role, their education and experience and how they decided to take up their profession.

Women who work in the military, the local fire department and school district, Disney, and many other areas will be addressing the crowd, and there will also be representatives of the medical, government, not-for-profit, and business sectors as well. Breakfast will be served to the girls, and there will also be drawings for raffle prizes. A printing services company can supply swag and other items for an event like this.

This conference, which will help local young women learn about just some of the possibilities for their future, will be taking place on December 5. It will be free to participate, and it has been brought to the community courtesy of the City of Temecula Office of Economic Development.
