Local university honors entrepreneurs

The 3rd annual Reeves School of Business Symposium and Awards Dinner is taking place next month in Fayetteville, presented by the Methodist University Center for Entrepreneurship.

The symposium is an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to catch up with their peers and to learn from their successful peers. It is set to feature Charlie Brock, who is a community leader and entrepreneur. He will be giving a talk on the topic of ‘Transforming cities through innovation and leadership’. Guests will likely have the chance to ask questions after the speech.

During the evening, seven awards will be handed out to successful business leaders. The awards include Alumni Business Person of the Year, Greater Good Award, Silver Spoon Award, Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, and Small Business Excellence.

It islikely that a large number of the businesspersons planning to attend this event will be placing a new business card printing order with their favorite Fayetteville print company. They will want to ensure they have enough cards and that their contact information is up to date.

The Reeves School of Business Symposium and Awards Dinner will be held at the Embassy Suites Fayetteville/Fort Bragg on November 16 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Tickets are $75 each, and sponsorships are also available for purchase. To learn more about this event, contact Pam Biermann at 910-630-7496.
