North Versailles invited to strike out at pancreatic cancer

Bowling can be a fun activity for the whole family, and those who live in North Versailles will be able to enjoy an afternoon out while taking aim at pancreatic cancer.

The Bilec Bowl for Pancreatic Cancer will see adults and children alike enjoy a string of bowling while they socialize with the other participants. The ticket price includes three games, their choice of pizza, three chicken wings or a hot dog and also a soft drink. It also covers the cost of shoe rental.
For adults, the admission price will be $25.00, for those between the ages of 3 and 13 it will be $15.00 and toddlers under the age of 3 will be admitted free of charge.

The event has been planned as a fundraiser for the Wanda Bilec Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer, which helps to fund research, patient care and family support for people living with pancreatic cancer.

To maximize the impact of the day, there will be an even split draw, a silent auction, a basket raffle and a cash bar will be set up in the lounge area. Poster printing can be used to craft an assortment of marketing materials to help promote an event like this to the local community.

This afternoon of bowling for a cause will be held on November 5th at New Great Valley Lanes.
