Tomball event to explore post-Harvey home buying

October 28, 2017 by

A “post hurricane Harvey” real estate workshop is being brought to the Tomball area by Mark Duman Properties, and it will be presenting information that may be of interest to potential home owners and also those who wish to relocate.

Those who attend the Home Buying After Harvey Workshop will be given an opportunity to find out more about the various programs that have been put in place to make purchasing a home easier. The facilitators will discuss these incentives and also how the participants can take advantage of these opportunities. In addition, there will be a discussion of how the recent hurricane has changed the home buying landscape and flood insurance.

The organizers noted that the event may be especially helpful for renters and anyone else considering purchasing a house or property. Those buying their second or subsequent home may also find it helpful. Booklet printing can be utilized by a local print company to prepare handouts and other learning materials for distribution during a seminar like this.

The homebuyer’s workshop that will explore the world of real estate in a post Harvey Texas will be taking place on November 11th at 16700 Huffmeister Road in Cypress. Lunch will be included in the event, and additional information has been added to the organizer’s Facebook page.
