Royersford event to help make the holidays both healthful and happy

The holiday season has been known to play havoc with even the healthiest of lifestyles, but a Royersford event will provide those who come out with tips and tricks they can use to enjoy holidays in a healthy, yet happy way.

Deb Tray, who is a life coach with RainDance Life, will be facilitating a session that will equip the attendees with knowledge they can use to make healthy eating choices without having to feel like they are missing out on some of their favorite holiday foods. She will also be sharing ideas that the participants can use to make sure they are as stress-free and relaxed as possible, and also how they can make sure their energy levels remain high.

Those who take part in the evening will walk away with a toolbox of ideas they can turn to when they are tempted to overindulge in holiday treats, as well as relaxation methods they can use when they find themselves feeling stressed out. An area printer’s marketing services can be utilized to help to promote an event like this to anyone in the community who may feel it would be helpful to them.

The workshop will be taking place at RainDance Life, which can be found at 830 Chestnut Street in Royersford. There is no fee being charged to participate, and it will be held on November 7th.
