Torrance course to prepare students for PMP exam

October 16, 2017 by

Residents of Torrance who are interesting in adding project management to their skillset are invited to participate in a course that has been developed to help participants pass their PMP (project management professional) exam on the first try.

The training will be provided using a variety of hands-on teaching methods, and will take place over four days. The students will review case studies and other materials, and they will also engage in two practice tests to help them be well prepared. Once they have completed these tests, they will be able to see what the correct answers are so that they will have an opportunity to learn from their mistakes.

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to receive 35 contact hours of professional development units (PDU’s) and will have lifetime access to recorded sessions from PMP. The registration fee for the program will be $1,399, and those who refer a friend or colleague who also chooses to register will receive a specially discounted rate. A local print company can supply an assortment of textbooks, manuals, and other educational materials for a training session such as this.

The Project Management Professional Boot Camp will begin on November 25 in Torrance. Anyone who would like to find out more can do so by visiting the Eduscil website.
