Being able to handle conflicts in the workplace can help companies, both large and small, create a healthy work environment, and a Tempe workshop will show the attendees how they can make this happen.

The session, which will run for two hours, will equip those who take part with skills they can utilize to create a collaborative environment, improve communication and mange emotions when conflict does occur. The organizers noted that the training will be useful for both those who have a lot of experience in the field and novices alike, and it will also address the impact that tension in a workplace can have on employees, management, customers and the overall bottom line. The participants will be able to receive 2 PDC’s from the Society for Human Resource Management in CPSM and SCPSM.

The training is open to anyone who feels it could be of benefit to them, and the fee to register is $49.00 each. A local printing services provider will be able to use comb binding and other methods to produce teaching materials and an assortment of other printed items for an event like this.

This morning of training that can help to keep workplaces running smoothly has been planned for November 15th in the Rio Salado College – Conference Center. More information can be obtained by visiting the Maricopa Corporate College website.
