Flagship brewery opens in Anaheim

October 13, 2017 by

Towne Park Brew opened its first brewery in Anaheim towards the end of last one.

One of the largest craft breweries with 20,000 square feet, the site is located near the train tracks.

The brewery has a tasting room, a room to host private events, bottling, kegging, and canning operations. It also hosts tours, community events, and private parties.

Prior to opening, the owner, Brett Lawrence, perfected the recipes with feedback from family and friends. He also recruited a seasoned brewer to develop custom beer recipes.

Together, they have developed an American lager, Indian pale ale, white ale, amber ale, and smooth ale. The brewery will produce about 20,000 barrels every year.

Due to a distribution agreement, the beer is available in many Anaheim restaurants and other towns. The tasting room is designed to serve 15 different drafts, along with coffee, tea, and soda on five additional taps.

The outdoor patio has parking outside for food trucks to serve customers, while the banquet room, complete with its built-in sound system, can seat about 100 people.

Each night will have a unique theme to attract customers, ranging from tacos, to trivia, to classic cars. The brewery is located at 1566 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim.

Anaheim has a variety of printing companies that can assist restaurants, breweries, and food businesses with ad specialties.
