Alabaster offers residents entertainment options this Halloween

October 3, 2017 by

The City of Alabaster is shaking up holiday tradition by holding a free festival on at the end of this month.

Families and their pets are all invited to the family festival taking place at Buck Creek. The event ends early enough for everyone to take part without changing any other Halloween plans. The event will include live entertainment, as well as food, drink, and craft vendors. Children should bring their collection bags and follow the trick or treat trail for some free goodies. There will also be inflatables, hayrides, and much more to keep everyone amused.

Vendors interested in taking part still have until October 13 to register for this event. They can enjoy the sights and sounds of the festival while sharing Halloween-themed promotional products with the families that attend, or get a jumpstart on Christmas by showing off all the gift ideas available. Vendor applications are available from the City of Alabaster website and rules and restrictions are also provided.

The October 31 festival is sponsored by the City of Alabaster and will include live music from 2BLU and the Lucky Stiffs with special guest Matt Wiley. The entertainers will play from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with breaks taken as needed. The event will run from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM on the Buck Creek Trail at Buck Creek Park. Local parking is available.
