Evening of fundraising and fun planned for Eden Prairie

September 21, 2017 by

Eden Prairie firefighters have come together to help one of their own, and are hoping the community will be generous in its support.

The Tailboard Kings will be the headliner act during an evening that will combine fun with fundraising. The band will be playing music across a wide range of genres, with something for everyone included in the program. Along with the tunes, there will be a silent auction where those who come out can maximize their contribution to the cause by bidding on an assortment of items that have been donated.

The monies raised through the function will be passed along to the Dill family. The wife of firefighter Paul Dill has been diagnosed with cancer, and the funds will help to meet her rising medical bills.

The ticket price is $20 each if purchased in advance, and they will also be available at the door. Only 200 will be offered for sale, so the organizers advise those who plan on participating to buy theirs well ahead of time. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Flyer printing can be utilized to help promote a locally based event such as this throughout the area.

This evening of music, food, and fun will be held on October 28 in Panino Brothers, which can be found at 8335 Crystal View Road in Eden Prairie. Everyone is welcome to out and show support for the local firefighting community.
