Morton Grove residents invited to an hour of crafting

Grape vine wreaths are a versatile type of home décor, and a Morton Grove area workshop will teach members of the public how to both craft their own wreath and refresh its look so that it can be used all year round.

Lurvey Landscape Supply and Garden Center will be hosting an event that will teach them how to craft a wreath decorated with an assortment of fall accents. The class is designed to be both fun and educational, and everyone is welcome. The fee for the session has been set at $49.99 each, which includes the cost of all the materials used.

While those who have no experience in wreath making may wish to attend, and according to the organizers, the workshop is also suitable for those who have already attended a wreath making class and wish to give theirs a seasonal upgrade. The cost to do so will be $25.00. Those who come to a class are welcome to bring their wreath to any of the subsequent ones to add themed decorations that match the time of year. Flyer printing can be used to promote events like this throughout the local area to anyone who may be interested in participating.

The grapevine wreath making session will be held on September 16th in the Lurvey Garden Center, which is located in Des Plains. Anyone who would like to register can do so online through the company’s website.
