Construction has begun on Star War: Galaxy Edge – a new theme park by Disney.

This million-dollar project will attract many new tourists to the Anaheim. Two rides designed for the park are the Space Ship Millennium Falcon, which visitors can fly, and an opportunity to be in the middle of a battle between the Resistance and First Order on this innovative ride.

This 14-acre expansion will include interaction with well-known Star Wars characters and this includes Rex the Droid. The landscape will be formed with rock formations, trees and domed building with earth colors. There will be several spaceships between the buildings.

In order to make room for this expansion, Disney closed all the Big Thunder Properties. The last time they closed several properties to build a new project was during 1995 and 1998. The color scheme of Star Wars will be gold and brown.

Disney purchased Lucas films for $4bn in in 2012 and has developed Star Wars characters in its theme parks. This theme park should open in 2019. It will be the largest theme park they have built. The park will be about 14 acres, and special light will help to give day and night light effects.

The theme park will feature roleplaying with the First Order Ride. Visitors may be asked which side they want to join The Resistance or First Order. There will be a place to eat that replicates the smell, feel and sound of the Mos Eisley Cantina.

Anaheim, California has a booming tourism industry, and the city’s providers of printing services can supply residents and tourists with promotional products when they visit.
