Upcoming fundraiser to bring back the 1920s

The 29th annual Great Gatsby Gala is taking place next month, raising funds for the National MS Society Greater Carolinas Chapter.

The theme of the gala is the 1920s, and guests are encouraged to dress in that style or wear black tie.

The night will start off with a VIP reception. Guests will enjoy high-quality hors d’oeuvres, signature cocktails, and a gift. VIP ticketholders will also enjoy an after-party.

The emcee of the gala will be Brigida Mack from WBTV. Gala attendees will enjoy an open bar with wine and beer and appetizers, and there will be live entertainment and a silent auction.

Sponsorships can be purchased from $2,500 up to $10,000; sponsors will be recognized on print advertising and at the event, and will also receive VIP tickets.

The National MS Society Greater Carolinas Chapter serves approximately 18,000 people in 97 counties. It provides support for MS sufferers and their families, while also investing in research.

No doubt guests and sponsors will come from all over the area, including nearby Pineville. Local print companies are often asked to provide printed advertisements and invitations.

The Great Gatsby Gala will be held at the Wells Fargo Atrium in Charlotte on August 19 from 6:00 to 11:00 PM. General admission tickets are $75 and VIP are $150, and attendance is open to those aged 21 and over. Call Cameron Harris at 336-299-8892 to learn more.
