Minuteman Press Owner raises 5000 dollars for youth organizations

Farmingdale, NY (04/15/2011) – The Lansdale Business Association’s (LBA) new president, who also happens to be co-owner of the Lansdale Minuteman Press Doug DiPasquale, recently held a gala. The event was to help raise money for two local youth organizations. Doug, who took over in March for the LBA, put together the gala and was able to raise $2500 dollars each for the North Penn Boys and Girls Club and 252 Underground.

The Gala, which took place April 2nd,2011, was attended by over 100 people. They were able to raise the money through raffles, and a silent auction. The attendee’s were entertained by JBS Entertainment, and were able to snack on food prepared by Marjeane Caterers. Doug was thrilled with how successful the gala went, especially since he just took over the president position a little over a month ago. He can not wait to see how up-coming events he has planned for the LBA fair, and is excited for the future of not only the LBA but also for his Minuteman Center.
