On February 7, the Woodinville City Council agreed to hire a consultant to assist in the search for a developer for the Old Woodinville Schoolhouse project.
Earlier this month, the Washington Parks and Recreation Commission approved a proposal to renovate a building at St. Edward State Park and turn it into a private hotel. The park is located in Kenmore, about five miles from Woodinville, Washington, and the building was once a seminary.
In a meeting in early December, 2016, Woodinvilles city council approved the budget for the 2017-2018 period, approving a leaner budget than the one proposed earlier this year, according to an article in the Woodinville Weekly.
