On Thursday, May 10th, A New Jersey Assembly committee approved a bill designed to prohibit unsolicited text message advertising, with the sponsor of the bill hopeful it will become law. The next step in the process will see the bill go to the Assembly Consumer Affairs Committee for a vote.
