Those responsible for promoting the event may have used images of their works in a run of poster printing to get the word out about the event.

The mission of the Lakewood Arts Commission is to provide recommendations that will enrich the community by promoting its cultural vitality using the arts. The display at MayFest is made up of local artists and will be on display in the upper level of Wagner House. This is the 5th annual event and each year new exhibits and activities are added by the various cultural groups.
