Washington honors the military

This weekend’s Military Appreciation Day is a family event that proudly supports the U.S. Military Troops in the Kitsap area. Families will enjoy many activities and entertainment in the great outdoors, and no doubt poster and banner printing have been some of the methods chosen by the organizers to promote this appreciation day to people in an around the area.
During this event, families will have the opportunity to enjoy a day together that includes many interesting and unique children’s activities, a variety of live entertainment options, a fun mini boot camp for children, many local information booths presenting what the Kitsap region has to offer, a selection of business information booths, special performers on the center stage, and lots of non-alcoholic beverages and great foods free of charge.
An annual event, the day brings families and friends together to enjoy some fun at the local fairgrounds. Families are reminded to bring their cameras and dress for the weather.
Admission to this function is free to everyone, and it will be happening on Saturday, March 29, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds, Kitsap Pavilion, located at 1200 Fairgrounds Road NW in Bremerton, Washington, which is just a few minutes’ drive from Silverdale. To find out more about this event, please call the Kitsap County Fairgrounds at 360-337-5378.
