Chocolate boxes off a great weekend

April 26, 2013 by

This weekend, residents can enjoy riding in a luxurious van and traveling through scenic Seattle, stopping to enjoy the various chocolate companies in this region.

Guests on the ‘Chocolate Box Experience Tour’ will enjoy a factory tour to see how chocolate is made, and several tasty samples of deep, rich chocolates. With the tour taking in plenty of sights and sounds, it may have been worth consulting brochure printers with a view towards publicizing it all.

They will stop at the Chocolate Box and learn all about the history of everybody’s favorite sweet treat, while experiencing a cup of delicious hot chocolate by maker Chocolate Vitale. There will also be some information on the etiquette of eating fine chocolate and savoring the flavor.

After departing from the Chocolate Box, participants will make a stop at Theo Chocolates, a factory that will be showing guests how chocolate is made and providing tasty little samples for people to enjoy. Some of the offerings will include Theo’s renowned ‘Theo Bars’. The tour arrives back at the Chocolate Box, where everyone learns how to make their own chocolate treats. All guests receive a chocolate bar and sample goody bag as a thank you for attending.

The cost for this outing is $59 per person, but all guests must register in advance. The Chocolate Box Experience Tour will be happening on Sunday, April 28, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am starting at Simply Seattle Chocolate Box, located at 106 Pine Street in Seattle, Washington. To reserve a place, visit Chocolate Box’s website or call 206-427-2515.
