Pets just part of the fun at adoption event

This weekend’s ‘Pet Adoptions’ event is a part of the 2nd Annual America’s Family Pet Expo and will feature a large selection of cats, dogs, and other furry critters who need a good home and are looking to meet good owners, having come from a number of local pet shelters and rescue agencies.

There will be hundreds of creatures in different sizes, with different personalities, and across various breeds, but the one thing all these animals have is common is the need to be adopted.

While looking at the animals up for adoption, guests should be sure to check out some of the other things that are happening at the Pet Expo, including the reptile education area and demonstration area, the dog agility and entertainment arena, and the cat breed demonstration area. There will also be all kinds of family fun activities, as well as demonstrations from Corbin Maxey – known as ‘The Reptile Guy’ – and Avian Actors of Hollywood. Besides these events, there will be all types of hands-on demonstration and a touch-and-feel animal petting and education area. Throughout the dog show, there will be upbeat musical entertainment and an aquarium designing contest for kids.

Poster printing and flyer printing have probably been used to advertise and promote the event to residents of this community and neighboring locations. Admission varies from free to $12 and everyone is welcome.

‘Pet Adoptions’ will be happening this Saturday, November 3 and Sunday, November 4 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Puyallup Fair and Events Center. For updates about this event, please visit its website or call 800-999-7295.
