Oktoberfest welcomes the new month

September 29, 2012 by

With this being the 14th year that the Fish Brewing Company has held its annual Oktoberfest celebration, organizers say it is going to be bigger and better than ever.

This year’s festival, which gets underway later on today, will feature live music from the Crooks and Cody Beebe, who will keep the audience laughing and entertained. The Fish Tale Brew Pub will be serving up some fantastic food and there will be all types of beer, wine, and delicious cider from which to select. There will also be a silent auction, with the benefits going to the Puget Soundkeepers Alliance, plus all types of activities, games, and fun. Tickets include the admission price, 5.5 ounce tastes, and a collector souvenir mug for beer. Additional tickets will be sold inside at an additional cost and there will be even be special Oktoberfest T-shirts available for sale this year.

Flyer printing may have been the method chosen to promote and advertise this joyous event to the residents and the surrounding communities. Tickets cost $15 per person and can be purchased at the Fish Tale Brew Pub.

The Oktoberfest occasion takes place today, September 29, starting at 4:00 pm and will be held at the Fish Brewing Company at 514 Jefferson St. E, in Olympia, Washington. For more information or to see what else is happening at this festival, please visit the Fish Brewing Company website or call the Fish Tale Brew Pub during their normal opening hours.
