The 4th Annual ‘Cowlitz Gamers for Kids Video Game Show’ will offer families the opportunity to enjoy a great gaming event, while supporting an excellent cause.

Proceeds from this game night will benefit the Children’s Justice and Advocacy Center of Cowlitz County (CIAC). Poster printing, as well as flyer printing, by local print companies may have been used to spread the news about this event to video game fans throughout the region.

At this event, participants will have the chance to play hundreds of arcade games and classic console games at no charge. Old favorites like Sega, Atari, and Nintendo will keep gamers occupied, and there will be raffles and an outstanding silent auction, plus guests can compete for prizes while playing these classic games.

Plans include a classic ‘Pong’ competition and more than 20 game vendors will be set up with a huge variety of consoles, video games, and memorabilia that represents the history of the last 40 years in the gaming industry.

Admission to the event is $5 per person and everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the fun. Gamers can get video active this Saturday, April 13, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Three Rivers Mall located at 351 Three Rivers Drive in Kelso, Washington, just a short drive from Longview. This event has many other activities planned, and those who wish to find out more can visit the Cowlitz Gamers for Kids page of the Retro Gaming Expo website.
