Artwalk comes to Issaquah

On Friday, July 6, the 11th Annual Artwalk Issaquah will be taking place downtown.

This is the start date of the 11th annual “Artwalk” which will run first Friday of every month until September 7. All visitors to this event are invited to meet with the business owners who operate in the area, enjoy live musical performances, shop the downtown, and watch local artist’s demonstrations.

Artwalk Issaquah is run by the Downtown Issaquah Association, and the event brings hundreds of visitors to the downtown core each month, which in turn, enhances the downtown business core, as well as the artisan areas of Artist Alley, artEAST Art Center, ArtByFire Glassblowing Studio, and Museo Art Academy.

The venues that are open during this event include Christian Science Reading Room, Confetti Cupcake, ArtByFire, Centennial Park, First Stage Fischer Meats, Hailstone Feed Store and Audiology Experience Tea.

Also featured is Illuminate, the Issaquah Public Library, Issaquah Train Depot, Issaquah Senior Center, Mills Music, Mint Salon, Museo Art Academy, Pedestrian Park, Opus Bank, Salmon Hatchery, Salon Jade, the Village Theatre, and Thrive. This artwalk promises to be bigger and better than ever.

Admission to this event is free, so everyone is welcome. Print companies may have prepared the flyer printing and poster printing projects to advertise and promote this cultural event. This event begins at 9:00 am and runs until 8:00 pm.
