With the Utah Arts Festival and “BlogPaws 2012” just around the corner, Cottonwood Heights residents and hobbyists all have something to look forward to in the coming weeks.

Taking place June 21st and continuing up until the 23rd, BlogPaws 2012 will give pet bloggers all the tools they need in order to get more out of their online endeavors. Although opening an account and setting up a blog is relatively easy, getting the attention of Internet users is an ongoing process. To complicate matters even further, the integration of Search Engine Optimization and the growth of social media is another subject in itself. While it’s certainly advisable to find a print company that lists digital business cards as one of its main printing services, an understanding of how all these resources come together is an important thing to have.

Over the course of BlogPaws 2012, attendees will be learning how to best expand their online brands. Whether that means compiling a book or simply finding ways to raise funds via Twitter, the content covered in this conference is definitely worth a second look.

Also beginning on the 21st of June is the Utah Arts Festival. Boasting a broad range of skilled individuals that range from musicians to artists to authors and dancers among others, this is a great opportunity for local and nearby residents to come out to Salt Lake City and appreciate all the talent that’s on display. With tens of thousands expected to be present at this event, the turnout is certainly going to be impressive.
