Friday film fun gets the New Year started
December 29, 2012 by Mark
Every first Friday of the month in Wilsonville, a viewing of the latest release is shown on the big screen. These films are chosen because they are interesting, new, and sometimes difficult to get on other services. Snacks are available by donation or guests can bring their own along to this fun family event that everyone can enjoy. Flyer printing, by local printing companies, has probably been used to promote this event to the community.
This coming Friday, a PG-13 film will be shown that lasts approximately 100 minutes. Kay and Arnold are a devoted couple but Kay wishes to spice things up with Arnold, her husband, after being married for many decades. Kay learns about a famous couple’s counselor who has an office in the small town of Great Hope Springs. She tried to persuade Arnold to go, but he is skeptical, enjoys his routine, and does not want to get on a plane just to get therapy for their marriage. Kay works hard to convince her stubborn husband to go to the retreat. The couple must try to ignite the spark they lost, which is tearing them apart at the present time.
Admission to this film is free and everyone is welcome to come. The First Friday Film will be happening on Friday, January 4, at the Wilsonville Library, Oak Room, located at 8200 SW Wilsonville Road in Wilsonville, Oregon. To obtain additional information, please visit the Wilsonville Library website or call the librarian at 503-682-2744.
