Kevin Montgomery set to wow Tigard

July 30, 2012 by

Singer and songwriter Kevin Montgomery will be bringing his 50 States in 50 Days concert to the people of Tigard on July, 26. This will take place in the form of a Damis House Concert located at 13650 SW 124th Avenue in Tigard, Oregon, beginning at 7:00 pm.

Anybody charmed by heartfelt lyrics and a lonesome voice would be hard pushed to find a better entertainer than Montgomery, who weaves a magical landscape that blends Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville prominently into his performance. Having completed several 50 states in 50 Days Concerts over the past years, Montgomery has been working to raise the public’s awareness about the plight of children who are growing up in foster care in the United States. Montgomery works with the Orange Duffel Bag Foundation and is now the official Celebrity Spokesman for the organization.

Montgomery’s 5th annual 50 State in 50 Days tour kicks off on August 24th. In 2011, Kevin was the Luncheon Honoree at the CASA’s at Orange County’s CASA Holiday Luncheon, where he gave a seven-minute speech and played a few songs. He has also appeared as one of CNN’s ‘Most Intriguing People’ in 2010. He recently released a new video entitled ‘Some Comfort’ and is working hard to keep the donations coming.

Poster printing may have been used to advertise this exciting performer to the residents of Tigard and the surrounding communities. For more information or ticket pricing for this event, please visit Damis House Concert’s website or call 615-482-5633.
