Two sweet weekends ahead for chocolate lovers

October 10, 2013 by

The Chocolate Decadence Tour provides people with the opportunity to taste some of the best, world famous, sweet chocolate celebrated in the Rose City.

This tour is designed for people of all ages, as there is something for everyone, and flyer printing might have been used to promote this tasty tour to chocolate lovers in this community and the surrounding regions.

On the day, chocolate lovers will sample the sweet treat in a myriad of forms, including as a drink, melted, and whipped. Local shops and chocolatiers will feature their tasty works and provide guests with a look into their tasty world. People will learn about the linage of chocolate from the humble dark bean through to the desirable confection.

Chocolate will be used in the form of cocktail, cookies, cakes, and even some vinegar creations, and guests might be surprised where the chocolate bean is actually found. This tour lasts approximately two hours and is completed in under one and a half miles of walking. There are no hills and it is a gentle walk for all people through the culinary district of Portland. Tours are limited in size, so advanced tickets are required.

Tickets for this chocolate walking tour cost $49 per person. Photo ID may be required and those under age will be served non-alcoholic beverages on this tour. The Chocolate Decadence Tour will take place on the weekends of Saturday, October 13th and Saturday, October 20th at 3pm leaving from the Heathman Hotel located at 1001 SW Broadway Street in Portland, Oregon.
