Oregon City to welcome an array of performers

July 13, 2013 by

Coming up near the end of the month, the End of the Oregon Trail Celebration and Concert is to be an evening filled with fun and music for the entire family.

The event, which is free to attend, features a number of children’s activities and live musical performances, as well as plenty of food, snacks, beer, and wine sampling, which are all available for purchase. Banner printing, poster printing, and flyer printing were likely chosen to promote this fun evening to people in this community and the surrounding areas.

At this event, people will have the opportunity to check out local art and craft artisans, enjoy some great foods and beverages, and sample some live entertainment. The concerts planned for this evening include local Oregon City’s Rae Gordon, who received the tile of ‘Best Female Vocalist’ from the Cascade Blues Association back in 2011, at 6:45pm. She will be followed by Cunningham and the Six Shooters at 7:30 pm, and 8:30 pm will see Elvis impersonator Justin Shandor take to the stage, fresh from an appearance on the David Letterman Show.

The End of the Oregon Trail Celebration and Concert will be happening on Friday, July 26 from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm at the End of the Trail Center in Oregon City. To learn more about this event, please visit the Oregon City Parks and Recreation Department website or call the office at 503-657-8287.
