Local theater-lovers can began 2014 with ‘The Mousetrap’, a favorite Agatha Christie story and a mystery sure to have them thinking hard about who the culprit could be.

The promoters of this production may have used services like brochure and flyer printing to spread the word about the play to people in this community and in the outlying areas.

This version of the class is under the direction of Tyson Stephenson and will take place on the main stage. Guests can watch as the web of mystery spins around the eight strangers at the center of the play who become stranded and trapped in an isolated guest house, due to a severe winter storm. In this story, there is a murderer lurking among the guests, but no one is quite sure who it could be. During the production, guests will learn that all the guests have secrets and are not exactly as they appear to be. The presentation is being sponsored by Bill and Barbara Warner from the Sturdi-built Manufacturing Company.

Ticket prices for the production vary depending the seating selected, and it will appear on stage from Friday, January 10 until February 16 at 7:30 pm at the Lakewood Center for the Arts located at 368 South State Street in Lake Oswego, Oregon, just a short drive from Oregon City. To find out more about this play or to buy tickets in advance, please visit the venue’s website or call the box office.
