The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association will present a member social networking event hosted by the Mandarin Oriental on the Las Vegas Strip.

Special guest speaker will be Art Jimenez, Director of Leisure Sales at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. The presentation, “The State of Tourism in Southern Nevada” will address current and future occupancy levels, projected business and initiatives in effect at the LVCVA.

The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association is the premier industry association in Nevada as well as being of the strongest in the country. Launched in 1979, NHLA has continued to successfully be the unified voice for the multi-billion dollar lodging industry. The association has over 200 member companies representing hundreds of thousands of employees. Many of the company members are hotels and resorts while others are supporting companies for the industry.

Oftentimes, businesses order flyer printing from local print companies for the events. Flyers can be distributed prior to the event to generate interest enhancing attendance. They can be mailed to membership databases, as well. Flyers can be prepared for future events and made available at the registration desks, too.

The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association member social networking event is taking registration for attendees at this time. Members are encouraged to bring colleagues, associations and team members. Non-members may attend this particular event at no charge. Visit the website for more information.

The event is scheduled for February 26 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at the Mandarin Oriental with close to 100 people expected to attend.
