The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association will present a seminar in Las Vegas in October focusing on Contact Center Operations and Analysis. The event will take place at Vegas PBS conference center.

As contact and call centers have long created many challenges for hotels and travel companies, this dynamic seminar will address those challenges and present some solutions to frequent issues and recurring problems.

Presented by Zephyr Partners, experts in the creation and management of contact centers, members and non-members are invited to attend. Zephyr Partners presents outsourcing solutions utilizing a work-from-home workforce. As many companies currently utilize a telecommuting option or are considering implementing a department, this seminar is likely to be a strong resource.

The Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association has been in operation as a non-profit hospitality industry trade entity since 1979. Recognizing the importance of providing educational resources for the members, the organization sponsors monthly seminars, webinars, and workshops. Each seminar or webinar features a topic related to current industry interest. Events are offered in Las Vegas, in which the organization is based, as well as for the Northern Nevada members.

Print companies often work with non-profit organizations in supplying materials and print services. Flyer printing is a frequent project as flyers are generally included in attendee welcome packets reflecting upcoming events, calendars, and other informational pieces.

The Contact Center Operations and Analysis seminar will take place on October 2 from 8:30 am – 11:30 am. Registration for the seminar can be handled through the Nevada Hotel and Lodging Association website.
