Long-distance bikers ready for fundraising journey
July 30, 2013 by Sarah
The Larimer County Pro Challenge Experience will present people with a chance to enjoy splendid scenery on their bikes as part of a celebration of what makes Northern Colorado special.
Offering a professional caliber race of over 100 miles in length, it is likely that plenty of banner printing orders will be needed to make sure that participants are suitably directed.
There are three courses to choose from (covering 30, 53, or 108 miles), but all three end back at the same location for a well-deserved party. The ride is a fundraiser with proceeds going to The Noco Rebuilding Network, which assists those affected by natural disasters that occur in the state.
Registration is required and the first 200 to register will receive Smith Optics Sunglasses. Please note that the two longer races are only open to riders aged 16 and over. Those awarded the title of ‘The Queen and King of the Mountain’, riding in the 108 mile race, will receive two VIP tickets for the Founders Box.
Online registration cost between $35 and $100 depending on selection and needs to be completed before 11:00 pm MST on Thursday, August 8. The race will be held on Sunday, August 11th starting with registration packet pick up between 5:30 am and 7:30 am at the New Belgium Brewery located at 500 Linden Street in Fort Collins, Colorado. To learn more about this race, please visit its website or call the New Belgium Brewery at 970-221-0524.
