Colorado Springs professionals have choices this February

The Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce has a full schedule lined up for this month but there are at least two events worth looking into.

On February 14th, Chamber University will be in session with a workshop entitled “Sales 101: Back to Basic Fundamentals”. The goal of this event is to give local business owners the tools they need to start getting more mileage out of their marketing campaigns.

With Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce members paying a mere $5 to attend, while non-members pay an equally reasonable $15, the fees are guaranteed to fit any price range. Taking place early from 7:30 am to 9:00 am, business owners can’t go wrong giving this workshop a try.

A week after the Sales 101 workshop, the chamber will be hosting Chamber Connect event at Bambino’s Italian Eatery & Catering Company on Platte Avenue. Attendees are advised to come with business card printing and an elevator pitch.

Taken from the site:

“Step up to the plate and give a presentation to the group. You will be allowed 20 minutes to pitch yourself and your business with everyone undivided attention. Use this opportunity to practice speaking and build the confidence you need to start bringing in new clients! This group and the Chamber is here to support you and help you grow, so practice in front of encouraging members and then go out and take on some million dollar clients!”

With a start time of noon and an expected conclusion of roughly 1:00 pm, the scheduling is certainly convenient.
