World-class ballet performance leaping into Denver

January 7, 2014 by

Residents of Centennial and other communities in the Denver area are invited to attend a special dance performance in less than two weeks’ time.

The National Ballet of Denver is set to present ‘An Evening of Stars’ at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. Professional printing services are likely being employed to create programs and flyers for this event.

The performance will feature regular dancers and artistic directors from the National Ballet, as well as performers from other companies throughout the United States. Guest stars from the United Kingdom, Australia, Russia, and Japan will also take to the stage. The show will include a number of scenes from classic ballets.

This will be a single-performance event, so tickets are expected to sell out quickly. Prices will range from $25 to $150 per person. All attendees, including small children, will be required to have their own tickets.

Guests will be encouraged to arrive early for the performance, as the doors will close as soon as the show begins. Parking will be available for a fee in the adjacent Denver Performing Arts Complex garage and in private lots nearby. Attendees will also be welcome to ride the light rail to the Colorado Convention Center and take a short walk to the theater.

An Evening of Stars will take place on Saturday, January 18. It will begin promptly at 7:30 pm.

The Ellie Caulkins Opera House is located at 1101 Thirteenth Street. Those seeking to make reservations or learn additional information may call the box office at (303) 860-1236.
