Open Arts Fest to display the best of visual arts
July 7, 2013 by Mark
The Open Art Fest will present the work of some of the best local artists, as well as artisans from across the country, in just a few weeks’ time.
A family-oriented event with many activities planned for the children, it is likely that postcard printing, poster printing, and flyer printing have been among the methods used to promote this event to the people in this community.
This open art fest will feature art including modern sculptures, whimsical pieces, traditional oils and watercolors, and other artwork in a truly beautiful outdoor setting nestled around the Pearl Street Mall, located in the heart of downtown in the City of Boulder.
The special display offers ceramics, photography, jewelry, metal, wood, and pretty much everything from traditional realism and impressionism to abstract pieces. Children’s activities for this open art fest will take place in an art activity tent operated by the good people at Clementine Studio. A silent auction will be held with the proceeds to benefit the Gary Zeff Fund, which provides arts education and links. Parking is free on this day in the city’s garages.
Admission to this festival is free and everyone is invited to attend. It will all be happening on Friday, July 21, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm outside the Pearl Street Mall located at 1942 Broadway Street in Boulder, Colorado.
